Delivery Time
Our standard delivery times vary based on your location:
- Karachi: 1-2 business days
- Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2-3 business days
- Other Major Cities: 3-4 business days
- Remote Areas: 4-7 business days

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Attempts

- If both attempts fail, order will be returned to our warehouse
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. If the courier is unable to locate your address:
- They will contact you for directions
- Please provide nearby landmarks if needed
- Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery if address was incorrect
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Do not accept the delivery if packaging is severely damaged
- Take photos of the damaged packaging/product
