7 Days Easy Return
At TechBazar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Accompanied by the original invoice/receipt
- Free from any damage caused by misuse
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or show signs of wear
- Products with missing accessories or original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products without original tags or seals
- Software or digital products (once opened)
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will guide you through the return process
- Package the item securely with all original accessories
- Wait for our courier to pick up the item (free pickup service available)
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it. If the return is approved:
- For Cash on Delivery orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer within 5-7 business days
- You will be notified via email/SMS once the refund is initiated
- Processing time: 3-7 business days after inspection
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for defective items. We will arrange a free pickup and deliver a replacement product at no additional cost.
Warranty Claims
All products come with manufacturer warranty (where applicable). For warranty claims:
- Contact us with your order details and warranty card
- Describe the issue you're experiencing
- We will coordinate with the manufacturer or service center
- Repair or replacement will be provided as per warranty terms
Cancellation Policy
